James E Kelly III
I was born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania, graduated in 1974 from Connellsville Area High School and attended Penn State University. In 1990, after working as a Sales Engineer in the Oil Industry for Sun Drill Company in Houston, Texas I decided on a career change and moved back to Pa. I then joined the Miracle Ear Team in 1990, completed training and was licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Pennsylvania in 1991 and in 1994 was credentialed in West Virginia. I am a Master Hearing Aid Specialist. I relocated to Florida in 1998, opened own private practice and became Nationally Board Certified and a member of the International Hearing Society. In 2001 I purchased a second Hearing Center on the west coast of Florida in Bradenton. We currently have five employees. I now own a Marketing/Consultation Firm called, “Hear Care Medical”. We offer expert fitting skills in hearing instruments and hearing aid workshops with major Hearing Manufactures to assist Audiologists and Hearing Aid Specialists grow their business. Our practice growth development concept has helped hundreds of hearing healthcare professionals, nationwide, market their practice and increeas revenue substantially.

I am a Knight Commander in the Holy Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, a Knight of Malta in the Military Hospitaller order of St Lazarus of Jerusalem and a former Florida State Director of Vocations for the Knights of Columbus. I am an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Boca Raton, Florida
Margaret “Maggie” Kelly
I have been licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist since 2001. I have an Associate of Science/ Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. I previously was a Social Service Director at a Nursing Home for over 2 years prior to becoming licensed. This background in the health industry gives me the ability to understand and work with the normal aging difficulties.

Hearing aids are medical devices, and as such they need to be prescribed and fitted by someone trained and qualified to do this. Buying a hearing aid without an initial face-to-face consultation, professional fitting, and subsequent follow-ups could result in you purchasing an ineffective hearing instrument for your loss, or worse, damaging your hearing further. Additionally the consultation includes an examination, which can highlight other serious ear health conditions. For these reasons, Kelly’s Hear Care does not endorse Internet Retailers who will sell instruments to customers without a face-to-face consultation, and will not supply those retailers.
Better hearing is personalized. This personalization starts with you — your art and your experience. The human touch can never be commoditized.
